London Rope Access

Rope access, also known as industrial abseiling, allows our operatives to work safely at height and access otherwise difficult to reach places. Our London based team have been able to give crucial assistance to many clients, specifically those involved with the installation of cladding, glazing and facades. As well as installation we offer continuous support to our clients with both inspection and maintenance services.

Our rope access contractors work on all types of buildings and structures throughout the capital and the home counties. These include installing and repairing cladding on London’s high rise apartments, cleaning and repairs to iconic office blocks and heritage sites such as the Lloyd’s building, the Barbican Centre and Battersea Power Station.

What are the benefits of Rope Access?

Fast to Deploy

With rope access, set-up times are much faster than other forms of access. Our technicians can be ready to go within the hour.

Cost Effective

Rope access projects require less manpower, less equipment and less time to set up. All of which saves a huge amount compared to elevated platforms and scaffolding.

Safest Means of Access

Working at height has never been safer due to the advances in rope access technology. All of our contractors are kitted out in the latest HSE approved safety harnesses, fall protection and recovery kits.

Complete Flexiblility

Our multi-skilled rope access technicians can perform a wide variety of tasks on buildings and structures that would otherwise be inaccessible using other forms of access. No ground access is required which gives complete flexibility.

Minimal Disruption

Rope access involves minimal disruption, the equipment is lightweight and flexible which reduces the occurrence of damage to building facia. Our teams often carry out work without anyone noticing that they have been there.

The environmental, efficiency and cost benefits of rope access compared to alternatives such as scaffolding, mobile elevated platforms, cranes and lift cradles mean that is the preferred choice for working in high, difficult to access working environments.
